ROUTE

Saturday

First day, Antalya

14:00 – 19:00 Meeting at the port of Antalya QTerminals (Turkey) and check-in on board. Each tourist will be issued a cruise ID card instead of a passport. It serves as tourist identification on the ship and in ports along the route. After check-in, guests will be allocated to their cabins as per reservation.

21:00 – departure of the liner from the port.

Sunday

Second day, at sea

Travelers will spend the second day of the tour in the Mediterranean Sea. Among the available entertainment on the Blue Sapphire liner there is a daily show program, a casino, a children's club for children and teenagers, a spa wellness and gym, indoor and outdoor pools and much more!

Monday

Third day, Alexandria

08:30 – arrival at the port of Alexandria (Egypt), breakfast and departure for purchased excursions, during which you can immerse yourself in the history of Egypt and take memorable photographs with the main attractions along the tour route. Lunch during the excursion program.

Available excursions in the port:

  • Alexandria Sightseeing Tour– a 7-hour tour. During the excursion, tourists will be able to get acquainted with the main attractions of the city and see such objects as: the Kai Bay fortress, the Abul Abbas al-Mursi Mosque, the Alexandria Museum and the library. Lunch is included in the price.
  • Excursion to Cairo – the excursion lasts the whole day and includes a transfer to Cairo, a visit to the pyramids and the Sphinx in Giza, as well as shopping in perfume stores and oil stores. Lunch is included in the price.
  • Alexandria + Cairois the largest excursion of those presented in Egypt as part of the cruise. The tour will last 2 days with 1 night at a Cairo hotel. It combines viewing of objects shown in the first two excursions.

Tuesday

Fourth day, Alexandria

17:00 – departure from Alexandria to Kusadasi.

Wednesday

Fifth day, at sea

Guests will spend this day at sea, using the available Blue Sapphire infrastructure. The Blue Sapphire liner is a true five-star hotel in the best traditions of Turkish hospitality.

Thursday

Sixth day, Kusadasi

08:00 – arrival at the port of Kusadasi (Türkiye).

18:00 – departure from Kusadasi to Marmaris.

Available excursions in Kusadasi port:

  • Ephesus + House of the Virgin Mary + St. John (with lunch) – one-day excursion to unique cultural and historical sites. You will find yourself in a fairy tale when you walk along the ancient streets, along the temples, the amphitheater for 24 thousand spectators, and the Celsus Library. 5 kilometers north of Ephesus is Mount Bulbul, and on it is the monastery of the Holy Virgin Mary. Believers believe that the icons here have miraculous powers. St. John, who first described the early years of Jesus and the first author of the Gospel, rests here. Individual format is possible.
  • Ephesus + House of the Virgin Mary (half-day excursion)- a shortened version of the tour includes a visit to the ancient city of Ephesus and the monastery of the Virgin Mary. Lunch is not included in the price. Individual format is possible.
  • Adaland Water Parkis one of the largest water parks in the Aegean region. On its territory there are more than 25 different slides, the longest  in Europe, “Black Hole” and “Kamikaze” are considered among them. Of course, its advantages don't end there. Adaland is a large aquatic complex with a seawater pool, sandy beaches, a dolphinarium decorated with natural stones, and an aquarium.
  • Adaland water park + dolphin show– the excursion program includes a visit to the water park area and a dolphin show, which will especially appeal to guests with children. Lunch is not included in the price.
  • Dolphin show (without visiting the Adaland water park area) is the calling card of the Adaland water park. The total tour time is two hours. By 15:00 guests will already be on the Blue Sapphire liner.
  • Swimming with dolphins (without visiting the Adaland water park area) – children over 6 years old who can swim independently and are at least 120 cm tall are allowed in the pool with dolphins. The program includes transfer and swimming with dolphins .
  • Day tour by motor boat + Kusadasi National Park– a boat trip on a large boat with a capacity of up to 200 people, viewing the Kusadasi National Park from the sea and a walk along the shore of the park after lunch. Lunch and drinks are included in the excursion price.

Friday

Seventh day, Marmaris

09:00 – arrival in Marmaris.

17:00 – departure to Antalya (Türkiye).

Available excursions in the port of Marmaris:

  • Excursion to Cleopatra Island – During the tour, guests will visit Gökova Bay, Sedir (Cleopatra) island with the famous golden sand and take a boat trip. Lunch is included in the excursion price (drinks for an additional fee). Return to the ship by 18:00.
  • Excursion to Dalyan– a boat trip along the Dalyan River with a visit  the ancient city of Kaunos and the tombs of the kings. In the morning, guests can enjoy crab fishing before heading to Iztuzu Beach. This beach is known as a nesting site for sea turtles (May to October). After lunch (included in price) – mud baths and visit to the winery.
  • Paragliding – Guests will be able to fly twice over the beaches, sea and forest in Oludeniz, where one of the few paragliding centers in the world is located. Lunch is not included in the price of the program.

Saturday

Eighth day, Antalya

02:00 – arrival at the port of Antalya. From now on, tourists can begin to leave the ship.

09:00 – end of the trip, breakfast (until 09:00), vacating the cabins (late check-out is not possible). After which guests will be transferred to Antalya Airport.

Food and drinks

Meals on board are provided on a full board plus basis, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main restaurant will provide diet and children's menus. During lunch and dinner, tourists will be offered soft drinks and beer/wine (up to 3 glasses).

All other drinks on board are paid separately.

Alcohol and tobacco

  • It is prohibited to bring any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks onto the ship;
  • Drinks purchased at the duty free store will be stored in a special place and will be returned to you at the end of the cruise;
  • Carrying cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is permitted. Smoking only in strictly designated areas;
  • The ship has Duty Free shops; tobacco products can also be purchased there.


COVID-19 related rules

The tourist will be given an express PCR test for COVID-19 at the port. The test results will be ready within 2 hours. The test at the port is free. This test applies to exits at ports in Egypt.

Please note that tourists leaving the ports of the route by ship will be given a rapid antigen test upon arrival at each new port. However, an ANTIGEN test will not be needed at the first port of the route, because The PCR test taken at the port of Antalya will be valid for 72 hours after delivery. Antigen and PCR tests are done free of charge in the port and on board.

If a passenger is diagnosed with COVID-19

In case of detection of COVID-19 disease during travel, tourists will be isolated in quarantine rooms and will be under medical supervision. The ship has 12 isolated cabins for such cases.


Output in ports

Due to Covid restrictions, independent exit of citizens at the ports along the route is impossible. Exit is carried out only as part of excursions that are provided for an additional fee.

Payment on the ship

All payments on the ship will be made using a cruise card. To use this card upon check-in, you must pay a deposit in cash or by credit card.

Internet and telephony

For tourists who are interested in always staying connected, various variations of Internet packages will be offered. In international waters, roaming tariffs differ from those in other countries, so purchasing an internet package is the most budget-friendly option.
